Earth Day Ap 16

My name is Carol Berg and I am working with Molly Booton on an Earth Day event at school (Minnewashta). The event is Sunday April 22, from noon - 2pm. It is a school yard clean up with an on-going composting demonstration (in the parking lot) conducted by a composting specialist we're securing through the county.
We have cleared the event with the district facilities department and wanted to touch base with you and see if we could get a message on the sign in front of the school. The message should read:
Come help clean our school yard this Sunday noon - 2pm
We were hoping the message could go up Monday April 16 and remain up through the event. Thanks for your help Bob and I'll watch for your reply.

I am a fellow Minnewashta parent working on an Earth Day event at school. I sent the following email to Bob Heinzen but haven't heard back yet so I thought I would forward to you both as indicated in the school directory. If you would please read the following review of what I was hoping we could do and let me know if this would work, I would really appreciate it.
